Thats true. I had to deal with almost a million rows once on a balance sheet after pulling it down in sql. Just brutal.

I once worked in a privately held company run by Indian expats in the US and they ran their financial books off of Google Sheets. No exaggeration. Best part was that you are limited by Google to reference no more than five external Google Sheets in their version of macros, so they did all sorts of multi-account gymnastics to work around that.
