Few days ago, Warren Buffett said that Bitcoin is speculative bubble. The guy has a fortune of more than $ 75 billion, and in the United States they call it an oracle. It does not bode well. I have invested in Bitcoin as much as possible on lvbet, but now I would not dare to do so, I trust Buffett. Although he never liked the assets based on modern trends. The fact is, Bitcoin has no real value because it does not generate revenue.

Of course, his opinion is undoubtedly very subjective. But remember that the market is based on speculation investors. So his opinion may affect moods around the BTC.

Warren Buffet is an old man and belongs to the 1% of the 1%. I am somewhat not surprised he doesnt appreciate change. He told us to stay away from bitcoin in 2014 when it was like 100 dollars.

Segwit2x fork might bring the markets in dangeer but it has nothing to do with some dinosaur's bubble talk

Shit infrastructure can't handle more than 4 transactions a second and the electricity required for just one such transaction could power a house for a whole month.

No, there's no speculation going on...

Like I remarked on the previous page Bitcoin is too shit to be actually used for transactions. As somebody who witnesses slow ass expensive btc transfers every day I am painfully aware of this. Litecoin or Vertcoin or even Ethererum pull this off much better and Bitcoin is considered a store of value by many rather than a currency. Digital gold of sorts and its market strength emerges from buyer confidence and the harder governments push against the bigger their confidence in this outlaw digital store of value is gonna become. Doesn't mean bitcoin is protected from bear markets and crashes
