Is is unlikely that any team will have the desire to pay his wages, especially when teams that realistically can ( such as PSG ) already have more than enough options upfront.

Doubt Cristiano will take a pay decrease either.

If we balance the books and get his salary off books, might be okayish move. Football finances will probably be different post covid and our revenue is bound to crash in the coming years. We might not be able to afford him
