Drama always follows us doesn’t it? never a dull moment following this club. Now our record transfer and megastar signing is possibly going to be facing criminal charges for rape FFS
Imagine he scores the winner in the CL final and the next day gets extradited to the US.

Could be that they sold him because they knew it was coming

If that is true, then I am not sure if it is dirty pool on the part of Real Madrid for not disclosing these allegations, or if Juve didn't do their due diligence.

Somehow, I have the feeling that neither clubs knew that this was happening. Even someone as desperate to win the CL as much as Agnelli is wouldn't just sweep allegations like this under the rug. Especially in light of all the instances that have happened lately in the #Metoo movement.

oh man we used to talk how amazing this guy is, his work ethic, assists and goals. Now this crap.

I'd like to hear from any semi-educated law student at least, what could happen to CR in best/worst case scenarios so we would at least know

Right, we get rid of players for DUI, we won't field a rapist. Anyway, we will have to wait for her lawyers to put the documents on the table. If they have a document signed by Ronaldo, more or less confirming what she is saying, it's over.

Yeah, but does this matter? Imagine the rape will be proven, but because of breaking the NDAs he is not going to be prosecuted. Do you believe we would still field this guy? I couldn't stand it.

You’re most likely right, just a wild theory on my part

I’d personally be against him playing if he’s a convicted rapist. Now I’m just glad I didn’t drop a hundred on the jersey lol

We will never know if he raped her or not. There is no possible evidence that could prove that. Unless Ronaldo has signed a document where he confesses.

There is only one reason why it is happening - money. She can't put him in jail, she doesn't have to clean her name, she is going after money. Time is on her side also. Juventus and CR7 can only lose if this trial goes for long and with a great media attention. The longer she drags this the worse for Juventus. A settlement should be done ASAP and let the case be forgotten.

Whether Ronaldo rape her or not - we will never know.
