Messi was terrible for the first half of this season pretty much only scored pens but to be fair he has been great in the second half of the season but barce have a good attack and much better midfield with De jong who has been fantastic this year.
It says alot that both of these guys are still top scorers in there leagues when there well past the best still with poor sides.
