In management positions, I will always choose an Italian. Someone who has a strong network and influence within Serie A. We can hire scouts from some of these clubs tho but the direttore should always be Italian.

I despised Paratici, and many of his moves in the market have cost us dearly, but I think this man takes home the gold. Secco with the honourable bronze medal.

I think Giuntoli may actually be worse, but Paratici was more damaging. Both make moves like a clueless fan.

Giuntoli, according to his moves here, has no eye for talent (expect Thuram, but it was obvious), but sometimes can count the money (not when it comes to Kelly though).
