What u want ? We ask for a better rate than 50 percent win rate. No one asked to win every single game. 50 percent win rate that’s it. And so far we get attacked for it
We get attacked for questioning why a goalie was more important to get when the club had no fullbacks and back up striker
But you people keep gaslighting saying everting is ok
Where have I done such things sir? And it would seem most of the forum agrees with you anyway. I would've went with other options over another goalkeeper for sure, but it's done now and that's it. In the scope of one year yes it looks horrendous. Now lets say that the board have come to an agreement at the start to give Giuntoli and Motta x amount of years to try to build something here within certain parameters, then it MAYBE just MIGHT turn out to be ok. Is this the case? Who knows!
But you know me babycakes, I don't judge
We are Juventus and not a mid-table club (well historically) unfortunately the fans won’t accept transition years, clean slates, year zeroes…rightly or wrongly, big clubs all over the world sack coaches and become ruthless when things aren’t going well. Accepting mediocrity for the long term eventually poisons a club and it becomes extremely hard to get out of the rut once you’re in it.
To me, no offense, but this is the most meaningless statement that is repeated around this forum. Lets remember, this is a global business. Boeing is
BOEING too, Intel is
INTEL, but that doesn't seem to help them much right now. We can accept or reject whatever we want, but there's literally nothing that we can do to change any of it, this is reality. Constantly changing things every year is not a recipe for growth or success in the longterm unless by some miracle you manage to strike gold, that's a fact. We managed to somehow do it once where literally all the pieces fell into place, and to illustrate how delicate that really was you can look to how some of those pieces became absolutely vilied as soon as they fell slightly out of place.
On a personal level, I've been at my current company for a little over 3 years now. In that time, we've had maybe 3 or 4 CEOS if you could believe that. I'll let you guess at how this company is doing
