- Instead of simply ending the collaboration & firing him, he basically boycotted one of the most succesful managers we ever had. Disgraceful stuff.

As u know I am outspoken against guintoli but this I dont blame him for. Not that he was right in way of doing it, but if we look at juve as corporation instead of a sports team we see this is common in line with how corporations deal with high level employees they want gone.

So can’t hold it against him when it’s just how business gets done at billion dollar companies even if it’s a nasty way of doing it

So, weakening the team for the greater good? I'll never agree with that.

That's the approach weak leaders take though. In strong organizations, they tell the employee they are done, negotiate a payout and part ways. What you are essentially saying is that Guintoli does not know how to deal with conflicts and that's a skills issue and you definitely need to blame him for it.

If its Woj we are talking about Im sorry but if Giuntuli didnt has D.G signed, he shouldnt tell him right away as if it doesnt materialize you are left with no choice but forced into getting a new GK. Maybe even overpaying for D.G
For that I cannot blame him as the club best interest weight more than being nice and warn him.

Just need a competent director

Imagine marotta with the 200m from summer? Juve would be top of league and top 4 in cl
He wouldn't even have had 40 million to spend because he was shit at selling and gifted everyone away for peanuts. Will of the player.

Marotta is still fantastic 'though.

These big signings have been terrible so far.

Kalulu, Thuram and Conceicao have been good. Luiz, Koop and Gonzalez big flops so far and for big money.
Unfortunate because those big signings were supposed to make a difference while cheap ones were brought for the depth. If this team doesnt start delivering results and doesnt meet minimum objectives, which is top 4, the pressure will be on him as well.

Something to remember, while we were fighting with inter last season for the title, Allegri requested 2 good signings in the winter mercato. Giuntoli bought Alcaraz and Djalo... Soon after that, their relationship broke down, these 2 couldnt see each other. The team went into a slump and barely made the CL spot. Giuntoli got what he wanted, Allegri out, Motta in, money to play with for the summer. Atm it doesnt look good. I will wait a bit more.

This guy is less to blame than Motta. Our squad is good, we've seen glimpses of great football from everybody individually and as a team.

The mystery is that Luiz and Koopmeiners both showed that they can play at a really high level. It's in them and never mind not getting it out of them Motta seems to have done the opposite and now they look bland and unskilled

There sure are things that he can be blamed for, but ultimately i simply do not believe he built a squad that is not capable of beating the likes of Venezia, Lecce, Empoli etc… there’s been a lot of bad luck with injuries but we should still be doing way better with what we’ve got.

This squad is so unbalanced and has a coach with no ideas how to handle it. His favorite formation doesn’t work with the players he has and the 110 mil star midfielders are huge fails. So pretty much everyone is back expect Bremer
