[TD][FONT=Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular]Cristian Pasquato says he has no regrets in leaving Juventus for Lecce on transfer deadline day.

After a loan spell at Modena in Serie B, the youngster caught the eye of Juventus in pre-season.

However, once the club signed three left-sided midfielders, the decision was taken to loan out the player again in order to gain experience.

“I accepted the switch to Salento with great enthusiasm,” noted the young Italian.

I spoke with a few people and everyone advised me to accept the offer of Lecce. This is an ideal place for a youngster to grow.

Pasquato will be joined at the Stadio Via Del Mare by fellow Juventus youth product Manuel Giandonato.

Really embarrassing words, calling himself a youngster at 22. :sergio:
Wanting to leave to Lecce to "grow". :sergio:

His mentality is all wrong. From this interview I can already say he'll never be more than a Palladino and unworthy of Juventus.
Some players peak at the latter stage of their careers.

This is such a Marotta thing to do. Why would you bring in Estigibirria and move this kid out? You'd have to be an idiot to do something like that. Pasquato and Elia would have been a much better left flank.

Disappointed that he isn't at the club this year, but it's very positive that he doesn't seem angry about it, and that there's no ridiculously low option attached to the loan. Hopefully Lecce give him plenty of PT.

I really really cannot understand how stupid Marotta could be ,really .With Ziegler and Pasquato out ,this guy proves once again that's he's not full but overfilled with shit. This cannot be happening.

I hope we have a certain clause that allows us to recall him anytime in the season. (FM style) Like when he is on fire in Serie A, the next match he is against Juventus and he can come back and score for us, not against us. :seven:

But seriously, it is a dumb move from Marotta. At least get some money from the loan? We are not a charity! I think he is dreaming for Juventus' name to be on Barca's jersey...(Qatar Foundation-style)
