As a matter of fact I think he makes the most of his frankly mediocre talents, which can only be applauded - not bad with the bat either but as you infer, not really capable of turning the ball. Thats life, we're about due a decent spinner!

last thing I heard Warney was applying for citizenship anyway, should have gone through by december next year

decent spinner i dont see any in near future!! all i can say is at moment Australia are definalty beatable!! so next year England should be able to have a chance to retain the ashes...If they play there best cricket if not forget about it!! its an exciting period apporaching....i remember last time india played pakistan...all my frnds with our pakistani frnds sat together in my flat and the atmosphere is soo electric!!!allthough my russian and other classmates don't know anything abt the game they just used to be attracted by all the indians and pakistani guys showing soo much passion and craziness!!!! lol and at the end of the game my flat is a mess filled with snacks and leftovers......but its soo enjoyable!!!

no comparison to india-pak matches....not even ashes comes near it !!! specially when u have both indians and pakistani frnds sitting together and watching the game and teasing each other!!!!

i played cricket once when i was a freshman in college. they made me play pitcher or whatever you call it. i was ok til i started giving them my high fastball after 3 hit batsmen in a row my cricket career was over. in retrospect i should have stuck with my curve ball. its unhittable.
