My parents are up for their booster in January. Called in to make an appointment early. 'We can't guarantee you'll get the same vaccine for your booster as the first two jabs (Biontech&Pfizer). Whatever vaccine we get delivered on that day, you'll have to accept'

Restrictions and bullying first, delivering upon them never.

Colony of lab rats.

Enjoy enforcing the mandate when you can't even supply the willing boomers

I really expected a lot better from Germany in terms of efficiency for things like this.

If we have have this, so can you.

We are the worst EU country in terms of digital infrastructure. 16 years of Merkel governing for the 70+ year olds. I had a blood test done yesterday at our biggest lab, they gave me a fookin 1950 notepad to write my name and phone number so they'd call me to come back and pick up my results. I almost shat myself when the lady reached for that notepad.

Thats bad. Germany seemed to be doing very well economically with Merkel but I've heard from political analysts that she wasn't strong on innovation. More concerned with economical austerity, which Germans appreciate.

Our private sector is fucked because know-how is leaving, innovation is hindered by bureaucracy. New businesses are murdered by laws, restrictions and paperwork. And our biggest companies are left in the dust by international competitors. I worked at Lufthansa Technik, we did a redesign on parts of the A380 overhaul process. And the level of urgency as to how quickly a part needs to go out of the shop into the aircraft, was like handwritten on a post-it  So there was this brake that NEEDED to be installed within the next few hours (50k€/day losses) and some turk slapped a note with 'AOG' (Aircraft On Ground) and I came back the next day and it was still there. Normal procedure yo. Many such cases.

Forza Austria. Others are following suit.

Omicron likely good news, right? Very unlikely it'll be both highly contagious and generate acute infections. This will mark the end of pandemic.

Thank God the State is there to keep us safe from the scary virus and all those selfish spreaders :scared: Without the Govt we may have had to take care of our own health or else...

Might be good news. On the other hand imagine having a variant that easily infects previously vaccinated and infected people and has severe symptoms. So far we don't have news that the latter is the case but only time will tell if this variant is very mild as the doctor that found it reports. I hope for good news too.

They impacting our economy and healthcare, fam. Carried and coddled them long enough.

They're all for individual liberty but want to be beneficiaries of every socialist plan and program when it suits them.
