I read some post of a Serbian girl living in 2nd most infected province in China. She was their measures were tight and they reacted very fast. For example, they declared emergency after 18 cases and... they went under a lockdown. One person from family could go to the shop once in 2 days only to buy goods for ~2-3 days. Nobody else went outside. That's crazy. She took a picture outside and said "this is my first time I went outside after January 29th" and I was left in shock. They took it seriously and they managed it. When I see how amateurish we are compared to them... just imagine the numbers of infected when you have tons of people roaming streets daily.
