Not sure. Could be all travel restricted. Could be a shelter in place order. Scary as fuck regardless.

Makes sense for them to announce it over the weekend, perhaps on Sunday. However, don't see how a national lockdown would be feasible, other than declaring martial law. Even then, there aren't enough resources to make it work. I also think that would cause a market crash Monday, which obviously they don't want, but it may crash anyway. So I think the timing makes sense, but I don't know about the rest.
