Because we cannot call up anyone outside the first team as the team are effectively still in isolation, I don't think fagioli is considered as part of the first team despite having been called up this season but has yet to feature which would then make him ineligible for the u23s.

well it's not possible as far as im aware as long as the team is in isolation which I understand they are.
