Guys, it is BS. Just think about it for a moment. HAARP sends high frequency radio waves into the ionosphere. The theory is that those waves bounce back off of the ionosphere, come back to Earth, hit the surface of the Earth, and produce a disequilibrium within the Earth's crust that causes movement in tectonic plates. If that was possible, there would be so many consequences to modern technology in the affected locations that it would be obvious something else occurred. The precision in causing an earthquake in an exact location like that is also laughable.

The guy continues on and says HAARP can steer tropical cyclones with radio waves, but that is completely unfounded as well.
