If u'r having trouble with the slowness of the game here is a solution(WORKS ONLY IN WIN XP AND and 2000)

1. Start the game, while in the main menu press ALT+CTRL+DEL

2. In the task manager click the processes tab and right click on cm4.exe and set its priority to Above Normal or High.

DONT SET PRIORITY TO REAL TIME SINCE THE GAME WILL CRASH.

That could speed up your game (not in my case as it's already on 99% cpu) but it WILL slow down your system.
