I dont really understand this secco hatred, yes he made a few blunders but he has only ever bought the players the coach asked for. Also Moggi made a hell of a lot of blunders but they were covered by the strength of our team already. Secoc has done some good things, such as sissoko and amauri, but if we replace Ranieri with a coach with a pair of balls then secco will have to listen to the new man
Don't compare Secco to Moggi in terms of transfer/mercato players. Moggi may have made some blunders but he made some world class transfers that built our team into a machine. Secco is just too new/green to be at Juventus, he needs a smaller club.

Frankly speaking , Secco just did what Ranieri was requested .

Please God don't let this things happens :(
I know, thats what i said!! ;)

Although i do have the feeling that if ranieri says i would like alonso, secco says, no i cant get him, how about poulsen? and Ranieri is like 'poulsen!? Poulsen is amazing, i would love to have Poulsen play for my team'.

We need a coach that isn't happy to have 2nd choice players, we need someone who will stand up to the board and say i want it done this way, although the prime exacmple of that = DD, and he didnt get very far with it!

Why dont compare them? The only reason not to compare them is because of the 2 completely different situations they are operating in. Moggi was selling one of the best teams of the last century to players, a team that regularly competed for the CL and a team that had stars in their prime and top class managers.

Secco is selling a team that was disgraced by the former and relegated to Serie B as a punishment for Moggi's wrongs. He is selling a team with stars past their prime and mediocre players such as molinaro, grygera, tiago, poulsen and marchionni and with a crap manager, so your right in that aspect they really cannot be compared.

Moggi's job was a lot easier than Secco's and the guy takes far too much stick on these forums, yes he has made some bad calls, but when he signed tiago and almiron i was pleased, because they looked like very good players at the time. Andrade was very very unfortunate, much like moggi's tudor purchase. The only real area he lacks is his ability to close deals, which he needs to improve, we could have and should have g.milito and xabi alonso on our books.

Once upon a time this team was well known for fighting spirit and character.

Did anyone see that against Sampdoria, Cagliari, Chievo and Genoa?
nope we have lost it. once again there are deep problems in our club. a rift.
once upon a time we used to score last minute winners, now we concede last minute goals and lose our minds whenever we score a goal

What????
You can complain about bad defending, bad finishing etc. but I saw our guys fighting against Chievo as well as Genoa. Noboby can tell me something different!

Lack of fight isn't the problem.

It's just that there isn't enough fight to make up for our technical and tactical limitations.

Isn't he the one who got us those "mediocre" players (with the exception of marchionni)!!

Personaly i Don't have any hope in secco but Let's watch him this summer when he signs for us those so called "champions". It will probably go like this Diego, silva romours then =====> malouda or to get some delousinal fans happy he'll sign someone like cassano (yet another attacker) thinking that he's hitting the jackpot with that move .....

guys you cant be serious about ranieri being superior to gasperini or prandelli?? i mean look at what gaspereni and prandelli are doing to mediocre teams?? imagine them with a strong team?? and how can a coach gain cl experience without even participating?? lippi had no experience when we got him...and face the facts we have one of the most dumbest coaches out there..

But that isn't the question.

The coach shouldn't be compared to Ranieri who is/was a temporary measure.

Next season, for the first time since Calciopoli, we should be in a position for a serious title challenge, so we need a coach who is up to winning a scudetto.
