I'm not such a fan of letting managers go with less than a quarter of the season gone. the new manager has to work with the players that the old manager requested. i'd say give ranieri some more time to turn things around.

If by mid november the board is not pleased, let him go if they have quality options to take over. that would give them time to appoint the new manager and have him decide what he needs/doesn't need before the january window.

Ranieir also has CL experience and Serie A experience. In addition he has EPL and Primera Liga experience. He is here as a team builder and he is doing a good job on that. The tactical side may be bad for now but a new coach will be able to build on his team and implant the winning mentality, just like Mourinho did at Chelsea. I believe we are still in the rebuilding phase so there is no need to panic, although all the fans want instant success after our promotion back to Serie A. We do not have the money to spend on every weak area and have to prioritise in terms of finances, player availability, and player skills. There is nothing wrong with sending away Marchisio on loan and keeping Nocerino. Nocerino played well in pre-season you remember? There is no use crying about things after the fact. Who knows that he will start playing badly during the season?

Ferrara is available, we can give him a chance like Barca give Pep a chance
but i really lost my patience with Ranieri and Secco, we must sack them
I don't get it with their transfer policy and tactics, look how idiot we are:

1. From our transfer budget 72 mill E (2007/2008) and 40.2 mill E (2008/2009), we spend 40.1 mill E for CM in 07/08 (Tiago, Almiron, Sissoko, and Noccerino) and 10.5 mill E in 08/09 for CM again (Poulsen and Ekdal, Marchisio is just back from loan) and none of them is AM C... Are Secco and CR want to play with all CM on the field? Why not we just buy one Diego/VDV and one Sissoko.. It won't cost 50.6 mill Euros and still we have Zanetti and Marchisio..And still we targetting Appiah and Ledesma, we don’t need another DM. Look when we in 05/06 we only have Vieira and Emerson as Cm, with Giannicheedda and Blasi as substituted. We don’t need all great CM, there still 11 on 11 on the field and 2 CM in our starter

2. For DC, we spend 17 mill E last year for Criscito and Andrade but the result is zero, none of them play for us.. And we only spend 0.7 mill E this year for Knezevic, Mellberg is free

3. For WB, we spend 3.5 mill E for Moli and 4 mill E for the half ownership of De Ceglie...while Sali and Grygera is free

4. We never spend to buy AM R/ AM L, Giovinco is just come back from loan and Iago is free

5. The reasonable but not the important thing to buy is strikers..IQ (11.7) and (Amauri (24.8) might be useful addition but we can do better with 46.5 mill E

Look what can happen to us if the transfer policy is right and now we have every good players in all positions.. For 2 years we only spend for CM and SC…As a team we need a good WB, DC, or AM too

So I think what happens to us now is because the mistake made by Secco and Ranieri. And we must stop them before it become too far like we are in debt because we buy a lot of players. Why I blame Ranieri too is because he is the one to request the players to Secco and as a manager, I think he never competent to choose a player:

1. Look what he did in Chelsea (in England he has full authority to choose players as manager)..Where is Veron, Crespo, Parker, Bridge (=Moli), Glenn Johnson, Duff.. He just wasted the transfer budget

2. And also Ranieri can made the players show their full potential..Look when he bought Mutu to Chelsea..or when he is in Valencia..So there is still the chance that Tiago or Criscito will shine with another coach

3. I also don’t like the style and tactics he play for Juve..We are not strong like in the past..lack of movement when attack and made a lot of wrong pass in our center half area

Juventus is a small team then ?!

:spliff:

If u don't know .. Moli can play as SMF

and give me an exampel for big team play with 3-5-2 ?

By SMF I assume you mean Side Midfielder. If thats the case you really haven't watched Molinaro play at all. Some may argue that the only reason why he play is for his defensive characters (although I agree with that too). So putting him as a SMF means him going forward more, as in requiring to cross the ball more.
Now in case you haven't noticed, Molinaro has a problem with crossing balls. In fact, he has an issue with delivering the ball to a fellow team mate.

I agree that our transfer campaign could have been much better, and seriously I am against Ranieri since last season, but Ferrara is a huge risk, Replacing Ranieri with Ferrara to lead us to win CL will be so romantic but not realistic

Ferrara is a good assistant coach or whatever his role is, but as a head coach/manager he has no experience, so nobody can predict how things will look like with him, except those who worked with him like Lippi, if he recommended Ferrara to us, then maybe we can consider hiring him

Tottenham Hotspur is potentially the biggest disaster (and joke) of a club in World football, let alone England. They wouldn't be able to win anything even if the best manager in history had to coach that team. In way are they comparable to Juventus.

Juande Ramos still blows Ranieri out of the water when it comes to success and coaching.
Ur missing the point as we did not talked about Tottenham or Ramos but about WC coach in different league..

My point was that if we making a change at the end of season or if is massive crises , it should be someone who knows Italian football well. Nothing else..
