if Marchisio is such a crap player as some of you think then why are clubs like big spending Monaco even interested in him?
surely they have the money to buy a really good midfielder

I would sell him for 25M. I'm nervous about Pogba's ambitions and I'd rather him be a first choice player right away to calm his possible intentions to leave.

Plus, he is miles ahead of where Marchisio was at that age. It's almost certain that he'll end up better than Marchisio, if he isn't already.

Marchisio's value will never be higher and he's likely peaked (although that's not certain of course). So if we were ever to sell him, it should be now, especially with a direct replacement already on our squad and the possibility to use that money for a more pressing need (attackers).

Basically it comes down to whether you want to sell him at all or never. Because if you want to sell, really it should be now.

Pogba is not anywhere near Marchisio yet. Calm down retards.
Not anywhere near is a harsh statement!
I`d say Marchisio is still the better player but not by much and Pogba only started his Juve adventure.
I expect Pogba to be better than Marchisio by that time next year

If we sell Marchisio I hope we eventually sign a replacement that will be able to be rotated with Pirlo as Pirlo is not that young and I think we should think of an alternative to him (not neccesairly the same kind of player...)

Journalists are making fools of you guys. In the case of 'in' transfers you can't often make a good judgment but we are talking about Marchisio. All of you should know that we won't sell him, he don't want transfer and talking about 25m is a right price for is a total bullshit. And what's even more important - you guys should remember that 3 seasons ago you would beg to have today Marchisio. Two good seasons and you want sell one of the best players. And when it started I thought you guys were joking. :sergio:

Pretty much this, I would hold out fot 30 million and get Zuniega from Crapoli and Lamella from Roma it would be so much better to get Lamella and sell Marchisio. He has peaked and will be 28 next season cash in on him now.

Aside from Marchisio's quality, I think part of the interest could be related to the fact that "I choose Poulsen ahead of Xabi Alonso" is coaching Monaco.
I just realised who they have in charge of attacking talents such as Falcao, Tevez and Rodriguez...

There's a special place in hell for the person that made that decision.
