yes let drop pirlo too since he got owned by bradley yesterday
when will you guys learn he is a dm and his job is to protect the defends from counter attacks as first. If he can go forward it is great but he doesn't get that change anymore lately.
He's playing a restricted CM role, I'm not even expecting anything from Marchisio whilst he is there. We should be going back to our real 4-3-3 against Bologna, I expect all will play better.
:agree: Thank you.

I'm not sure what people expect of him in a 4-4-2 where he plays holding mid role, its clearly not for him (even more so when playing next to Pirlo and not a DM). As it has been shown many times in the past.

It is now crystal clear that the only formation he functions well in is a 4-3-3

It has been crystal clear for a long long while (since Azzurrini days), there is a reason he played winger in the past in 4-4-2, he simply cant handle the holding role responsbility that the two CMs share, bit too much of a burden for him.

Agree on both comments, i thought he did OK yesterday, but we need him to have more freedom to express himself and he can't do that playing as a DM next to Pirlo.

Just for the record, he made 0 tackles, 0 interceptions, 0 blocked shots and 1 clearance. The only thing he seemed to be doing right was passing, especially long balls. Didn't have a single shot on goal, and never put any player in a goal scoring opportunity. No wonder it was he who was taken off rather than Padoin for Caceres. Clearly, someone was not doing his job well.
