No matter who the coach is marchisio still gets a lot of playing time, Dechamps, Zacheroni, Ferrara, Del Neri and now Conte. I don't know whether he is really good in the training or they pick him just because he is italian and from academy.

If that were true he would have shown it. He's not being criticized for no reason. Besides, its not like we had any better CMs than Marchisio when we had those managers so naturally they played him.

When you see the technique he posses, the way he controls the ball, pass it around and score wonderful goals... You know he's a very good player. His problem is, lacking in concentration most of the times and no one can fix this other than Marchisio himself.

Don't agree, his technique in controlling and passing is nothing special, he does score some spectacular goals though!
