Now "bitching and moaning" is exaggerating. And it's not like Del Piero (and many others in the past, I'm sure) never talked to the media about his contract issues and Buffon saying that he could leave.

Molinaro had an effort, too.

As for his attitude on the pitch it's alright as he never complains nor cries, but he's too quiet and he rather looks shy than some kind of leader who's supposed to be there and point out things.
Yah, and I'm not saying he deserves praise for his effort. But it's funny to pick that to criticise him on.

Okay, and he's not a leader. Not everyone is and can be. I don't see that as a fault. It's just a personality trait. I know when there was the discussion over who the next captain should be, I was against Marchisio as a candidate.

Not to troll, or to cause an argument or anything, but since when has being a loud, vocal, boisterous person been consider as leadership material?

Again, not trying to troll

And Molinaro was the best LB we had for the past few years :D

 I remember someone telling that Del Piero isn't a good captain because he wasn't as vocal as Roy Keane, I think it was Lo-Pan, I could be wrong though.

:agree:
A leadership has nothing to do with who talks the most, and/or screams louder. You lead by example, by playing hard, giving it all, and not dissappearing when it matters

It isn't. It's like fans who want a coach/manager to rant and rave on the touchline, nothing more than personal preference.

WOW. 25 aint he? yh. Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, watch out you got competition, marchisio is gonna be better than you...........er beccause he's a "Bandiera":scarf:
