As for his attitude on the pitch it's alright as he never complains nor cries, but he's too quiet and he rather looks shy than some kind of leader who's supposed to be there and point out things.

Yah, and I'm not saying he deserves praise for his effort. But it's funny to pick that to criticise him on.

Okay, and he's not a leader. Not everyone is and can be. I don't see that as a fault. It's just a personality trait. I know when there was the discussion over who the next captain should be, I was against Marchisio as a candidate.
