Marchisio, Nocerino, Criscito, De Ceglie & Paro DO have the potential to do well for us. Bes may be "being sarcastic" but I think he's right. Marco Marchioni was showing potential last season with Parma. Yes, he has been injured, but I remember that when he did play for Parma, he played well, as did Paro for Sienna. DD is overcautious for most of our liking, but he has let youngsters like Marchisio & De Ceglie play & they have potential. They do need more first team games because that will help them integrate into the team.
We must have faith in our youngsters: we cannot keep depending on 30+ year olds.

i think Marchisio should be kept. I understand that we may have to sacrifice Paro this summer, but i would hate to see all our youngsters leave.

If Nocerino joins, i think we have good enough back up, considering we have zanetti, most likely frings and possibly almiron.

If we lose any of ouryoungsters hopefully it will only be in co-ownership deals so we can get them back if tey turn out to be really good. Paro will probably be used in a swap for someone.

Marchisio is great, he'll make it as a future player for us. I think he is our most talented young player(excluding Chiellini). Marchisio will be more important than let's say, Palladino.
