It was his first time out with a very distinct boot color. Don't know about you but it seems to me he isn't afraid of scrutiny and won't try to hide on the field.
It shows confidence and has a little bit of the "watch me" factor.

Perhaps thats just me and my boot choices.
I've always believed that boots should be black. And sometimes, just sometimes, they can be white. That's as far as it goes though. Anyone wearing red, yellow, green or orange boots should be sent off.

Copa Mundial is the perfect boot, both the quality and appearance.

It is a great, great boot. Unfortunately for me it has one very important downside: it doesn't give much ankle support. Ever since I got a horrible late challenge on my ankle I need a firmer boot.

It sucks, because I loved that boot.

Ah, never noticed that. I used to have a pair when I was younger but they finally gave up last year. I settled for somewhat cheaper Nike boots after that which are decent, but they're not Copa.

thats the ones, JJb sports have them but i have refused to buy them out of principle. they have a HUGE SALE sign up saying that "everything must go" and these are the only shoes that have not been on sale and are still £45

still i will probably cave and buy them anyway

not yet...after a long time there is quite a healthy competition for MF spots in the Azzurri...
He will for sure be called to the NT next week, or the next call up opportunity after that. It has been bit evident he is next in line youngster after Rossi for a while. And he hasnt done nothing but elevate himself even more since.

Giovinco's best shot is to keep starting and hope he gets called up to the Confederations cup (because forwards are harder to get into), though I doubt it, both him and Claudio will play in the Euro 21.

I dont like the flashy boots myself. I usually wear the Puma Kings and I have had the Mundials before and now I just purchased the Adidas Adipure which I currently love. But some players can pull of the Flashy cleats. It has to match your playing style. One of our best dribblers would wear the orange vapors and it almost made him look quicker bc your eyes were glued to the shoes. Almost mezmorizing.
