Momo is hardly a defensive MF really, more a box-to-box guy who likes to get involved in attack...once we sign a quality attacking winger or AMF, this MF should work

And if momo considers himself like you say Ahmed, he should learn how to pass ASAP, and not do technical things for which he doesnt have ability :)

that's true...Momo needs to realise his limitations and work on his strengths...but still, he is so great in the middle of the park and has become indispensable

Completely agree with you, and i think he adds a lot of fear factor to our lineup when he plays, which I consider a good thing :)

I think it is fantastic to see how he has developed this year, especially over the last 4 months or so. He looks 15 times more confident than he has in the past, he even looks confident when receiving the ball under pressure. He has gotten the work ethic from the Old Guard, it has been established in the youth. Honestly, next year even if we don't have the squad depth of Inter or Chelsea we have an incredible work ethic and never give up mentality that makes us extremely difficult to break down mentally and if we spend our money well this summer we will be a revolutionized team next year. Forza Juve.

God i love marchisio more and more, and what a more accomplished player he is becomming, he's playing as if he's an experienced vetran. I seriously urge Lippi to consider marchisio for his next selection and not joke players like pirlo and montolivo

The development of Marchisio has been great. In fact he is settling very well in the team right now. With experience against the big guns, and goals against Fiorentina and Napoli, Marchisio can definitely go very far and be an alternative for Zanetti.

An improvement on passing + more muscle building will definitely do the job

Marchisio didn't look one bit out of his element against some pretty tough midfield competition today.

Between him and seeing Giovinco getting some CL time in, you sense there are better years yet to come for them with time and experience (if the coach allows them to get it!).

Who'd have thought the "Empoli Fighters" would have done this team proud against Chelsea today? :)

I see Marchi challenging/joining De Rossi in the NT midfield very soon. With the M & M (Momo and Marchisio) still in the early 20s, the Juve Center Midfielders can only progress and improve with each game under their belt.

Thats what I was thinkin....more strength. Other than that he's really becoming a fine midfielder and more impressively raises his game for the big clashes.

nah i would rather lippi got rid of pirlo and montolivo from the NT both are absolutly disasterous for the NT this year, although Pirlo like cannavaro have been utterly criminal

Yeah, Pirlo is totally out of form at the moment. Even a dung beetle can kick a shitball better than him with a football.
But they have totally different styles but Marchisio will do well to replace Ambrosini in the NT.
