It's a possibility. Seba is technically talented but he is the kind of players who are tactically difficult to be used because of his physic. Seba could become great if there are the right tactic and the right coach for him, IMO. I'm not sure what Andrea Pirlo would have become were not for the decision of Ancelotti.
Marchisio, on the other hand, is someone who can play in any formation and under any tactic. It's more adapted to the modern football.
