Nah, I know Marchisio is cool but I doubt he is featuring in our Board plans, thus I said he will be our next Rigoni, who was also a very promising CM and he kept on going to loans untill it ruined his career. I realise Rigoni was not half as talented as Marchisio is but you get the point.

Claudio not only showed great potential playing for us but he is doing the same in Empoli this season. Playing maturely to drive their team from the midfield and it is highlighted with Malesani's faith in him.

The only issue that comes into mind is whether he can handle the pressure when playing for us. What i really liked about him last season is that he took all the chances he had and impressed until he imposed himself on the team, but that was serie B and its really different.

Sissoko deserves not to be mentioned in the same sentence as Nocerino at the moment lol too far i know, i'm jus trying to demonstrate my point.. I would be more than happy to see a central midfield of Zanetti & Sissoko with Marchisio being the replacement for both but essentially Zanetti in the future, fuck fat frank

I think Empoli was unlucky not to get anything out of the match. Marchisio was very good maybe a bit tired in the end but a solid performance. What left me disgusted was how Gio and Abate were substituted when they were the driving force. If Abate can perform like that on regularbasis we should definately look at signing him.
