Conte needs to realise when u get a good offer for a decent player u take it. We could have gone for Lamella or signed Ljaicic twice with the money we could have got for Marchisio. Loyalty is important but Conte refuses to let go. Look what happened with Matri, Conte has been crying all year about the sale even though it was the best thing for the club to sell him, same should have happened with Marchisio.
