Well, taking in consideration that they train almost daily and take their bodies to its limits on order to withstand long seasons of stress, they should.

No to mention that training everyday is their job. I would have my skin attached to my muscles witha job like that.

Because of that i despise players like Ronaldo,Cassano, ronaldinho and that sort of fat bastards who are irresponsible enought to not train and be fat, even when they play proffesional football.

yeah, he's lean, you guys need to remember that bodies get used to the same kind of exercises over time and just running drills and long distance doesn't necessarily mean you'll keep getting more ripped. so many people who run marathons looks just like normal people, same with people who play footie.

Well, yeah... they are training every day, sometimes two times per day. They should not be covered with muscles but at least lean.
he's off season. no reason to think he is training at all, or maintaining a football diet. he will get back in shape once season starts

more to do with nutrition.

you can run every day but if you consume more calories than you burn you wont lose weight

They are football players. Not gym bunnies. Shit, most of the fittest dudes (like rugby players) don't pack super chiseled abs while lathered up in coconut oil. But they are fit as.
