I feel the reason this season Vidal has gotten so much credit this season is the amount of goals that he has scored.But if you look at the statistics Vidal has 6 goals from Penalties and two goals that were offside. If Marchisio qas incharge of Penalties he would have scored more goals this season but 8 from open play is great.

i don't really see how one can be given more credit as a player because one converts penalties, even if marchisio did take the penalties it wouldn't hide his other deficiencies that he gets criticized for
