I wouldn't say that I'm well versed in classical music, at all. Though it seems to be the recurring choice of music whenever I have to study hard or write a paper. Do we have any aficionados here? I'll kick it off with this:


Over the top drama but it really sounds immense.

Ye, I got a playlist for when I need to do a paper as well. Besides a lot of film music (which I won't include here), I listen to a lot of Chopin. Here are a few different things:

I'm working on a game score at the moment, not entirely classical but more contemporary-ish with Penderecki elements.

That's great, really! :tup: You should post the link in this thread. Nothing to be ashamed of there, for sure. :) I listened to the songs with the blue album cover, and those have a nice nice ambient, simplistic quality.
Thanks! Yeah, those are for another game coming out as well. Personally, it isn't my style but I guess it was fun experimenting and writing them.

Grew up listening to this sort of music ... even more relaxing and immersive when coupled with a joint :D

Since early childhood, have always had a soft spot for "Für Elise" :touched:
