What we need is a clear game plan. A clear idea of how we want to play. There's no Allegri DNA. We had a DNA with Conte. The 352 and the players in it. Barza, Liverpool, Tottenham - hell even Napoli have a clear DNA. A brand of football. You can replace the players one by one and it won't change much. We need a style of play that is us. We play a different type of football every god damn game. We won because we have a world class coach who read the game and made the right changes. But he was wrong up until he dared make those changes.

We scored two goals today but the recipe is really hard to explain. Higuain scored on his single shot at goal. Dybala scored on his second shot on goal. That's an effiencicy out of this world. We need to create more chances. I agree Tottenham is tactically too offensive, but the two goals we manage to score is not because we play great. It's because Tottenham fucked up.
"Brand of football". Ugh.

Wins is our brand of football.

This whole tie was like a pesky boxer with lightning jabs and a boxer with a big chin and a big right hand.

What is our defence? It's just our chin. How many punches can we eat before you let us get the right hand through? Allegri was basically saying over the course of the fight our chin can take enough and eventually you'll leave a gap for the right hand.

To be honest, this is what it feels like when we play vs. a big team with Higuain/Dybala. We will just eat your attacks and look for the right hand. If we come against Mayweather we're fucked.

No, I beg to differ. Conte DNA barely got us past the group stage of the CL. That DNA style meant we were predictable, one-dimensional, and had no plan B if we faced adversity.

I'm not saying Juve is fine, but Allegri isn't our main problem right now. Healthy game-changers on the bench and a midfield that can actually control the ball are my biggest concerns at the moment.

Patience was a big factor in favor of Juve today, not so much a specific moment of the Spurs fucking up. Juve fucked up lots today too. It's what you do when those opportunities show themselves and do you capitalize on them?

Son is awesome. Hard working, highly intelligent player, always dangerous.
Yeah although he had an absolute field to run into all game. He is good though.

Loved how Lichtsteiner mentally bullied him when he came on though. Kicked him, squared up to him, forced him to commit irritated fouls. Such a bastard :D

That is what I said. Spurs are nothing special. Any serious team would have beaten us. It's 1-1 and their CB comes all the way into midfield and simultaneously the LB switches off completely to play Dybala onside.

You are facing a 2 striker team! This is our only attacking movement! It's a school yard move and it wins us the tie!
Yeh.

I wasnt to see the game but from what i read, well we played like we always do. Its kinds worrysome.

My fear is that any of the cup contenders would have capitalized in our first 60 mins of gameplay.

As a fan i hope to see the team winning the cup this year, but theres always the feeling that we need to do more after everygame.

We play sooo bad and yet still win. Its so weird, but thats juventus. Just that i dont think this is all this team can give. I feel we can be really great and just do not get pleased with letting totenham even scratch us.
