We are going to win 2-3. Buffon will make a series of stunning saves, Chiello and Bonbon will finally wake up and learn how to defend, Vidal and Pogba will boss the midfield, Marchisio will finally be effective in the final third and Tevez and Llorente will torment the Madrid backline.

Better? :D

I think we will hold out for a draw, work hard, that is all we need to do. Run like we used to. Im pumped, I want to see what we can do.

Lets put it this way, if this was Juve 2012/2013 - I would fancy our chances. Juve 2013/2014 if anything is better on paper but so much worse in reality. If they play to their full potential and are 100% concentrated anything can happen. But Real 2013/2014 I think are better than Real 2012/2013.

We may thrive with the underdog status I hope.

I wish we ditched the 352/361 or w/e it's called these days. Once something goes wrong for us our slow CBs will be exposed big time against Ronaldo, Di Maria or Bale.

I'm sick of Bonucci's defensive inability (even though he improved a lot through the last 2 years he's still not good enough and needs cover). Chiellini shouldn't be allowed to go forward and have the ball so often. Asamoah can't play on the wing anymore and without Licht we have no other capable RWB. And these things are just beginning of our problems.

On paper I'd like to see something like this:

BUffon
Caceres - Barzagli - Chiellini - Ogbonna/Peluso
Pogba - Pirlo - Marchisio
Vidal - Tevez
Llorente

Vidal and Tevez would be given more of a free role while attacking but they would be our first line of defense if we lost possession. Both have great stamina so pressing from them + Llorente should be good enough to make Real struggle (at least a bit). 4 man defense would be basically to defend and Caceres/Peluso/Ogbonna wouldn't be allowed to move too further up the pitch to keep it close and tight.

Dreams :snoop:

Im not sure I would be throwing Caceres into this game, he hasn't played for a while. Also, guys, do you really think this is the game to experiment with a new formation?
