Terrible 1st half, much better 2nd half.

Question is if we now build on this or go back to our usual zombie performances.
Exactly. It’s either a case of players who were motivated enough because it’s a huge game or maybe we will start getting better. I guess we will find out next Sunday.

After the first half I was expecting us to get ass raped 4 or 5 nil. Better second half. Not sure what to make of it though, sure psg are the better team and the result was ok in the end but its still a loss. We have a lot of talent missing at the moment.

Some pre game decisions from allegri absolutely blow my mind.

We shall see but
Im not very Hopeful tbh. We have seen this shit many times before. One decent'ish performance
Followed by the same lethargic, slow and cowardly tactics as before the next games.

What pissed me off was how passive we were in the second, they obviously struggle with set pieces and crosses yet we didn't get too many in. In the second we were better but still too slow at times. We rarely try to play the through ball to Vlahovic who makes runs
Still, better result than I expected but that's not saying much. Not going to celebrate a loss.

It's kind like being a Cleveland Indians fan back in the day - you got used to never getting your hopes up and nothing ever surprised you.
It takes a real strength to realize it. It’s called lowering your standards and accepting the reality. We are who we are today and it’s not going to change overnight. You find yourself watching and feeling a small glimpse of hope out of love for the club. But you never lose sleep over it.
