We need Atletico to beat Olympiacos in Madrid. We need it badly. Of course, there are chances Juve to qualify, or win the group, even if Atletico don't beat Oly, but those chances are slimmer. Here's what happens if we beat Malmo and Atletico DON'T beat Olympiacos.
1. Juve beat Malmo, Atletico and Olympiacos draw; Standings: Atletico 10, Juventus 9, Olympiacos 7, Malmo 3
- In the last round Olympiacos will beat Malmo in Greece, which means that we will have to beat Atletico. If we play a draw with Atletico, we'll be eliminated on H2H with Oly.
2. Juve beat Malmo, Olympiacos beats Atletico; Standings: Olympiacos 9, Juventus 9, Atletico 9, Malmo 3
- Again, we'll have to beat Atletico in the last round, because a draw will give advantage to Atletico on h2h. Olympiacos will beat a Malmo that plays for nothing.
As you can see, if Atletico don't beat Olympiacos, that will mean that we will have to beat Atletico in the last round. But if Atletico beat Olympiacos, then all we need to qualify is a draw against Atletico in Madrid.
P.S: And even more, if we beat Malmo and Atletico don't beat Oly, in the last round both us and Atletico will be fighting for our lives. Atletico will be eliminated with a defeat, while we'll be eliminated with a draw or a defeat. We don't want to find ourselves in such situation, do we?

exactly. but we play Atletico in Turin, not Madrid 
We have a bigger chance of beating them by 2 if they are already qualified, then to beat them at all when they face elimination.

I also need to add that an Atletico win against Olympiacos keeps us fully in play even if we screw up in Sweden and play a draw with Malmo. In that case Atletico will already win the group with 12 pts, while we'll be 5 points behind Atletico and a point ahead of Olympiacos. In the last round we might easily end up beating a relaxed Atletico and qualify.
If Atl. Madrid beats Olympiakos and we beat Malmo, I think we can advance. Before our match they will have it sealed and we can have a nice biscotto at home.
Maybe not a full biscotto with that maniac Simeone but if we can hold possession and almost steal a 0-0 in Madrid I think we can do it at home. They will sit back surely with no motivation to press. We'll have no motivation to come forward and get caught out.
