Luck or no luck, I'm grateful that we managed to scrape through to the quarters.
You could imagine the thought running in Emerson's mind when the ball was rolling onto his feet from Wiese's blunder.

Juve had better wake up from the slumber that has befallen since recent matches.
IWe need to play better as a whole and then we can rely on luck to smile on us.

I'm really hoping we draw a good side like Lyon(Barca even!) in the next round to make sure that we can put in a better effort. That way, we can stay concentrated all the way until hopefully we reach the finals.

FORZA JUVE!

The only thing you can say about this match is that without the blunder of the dunderhead keeper... we would simply be out of Europe. That's all that needs to be said. Capello failed us and the player of the match for both clubs was the keeper of Werder Bremen. That says everything about our performance and even though we are through we cannot even begin to be pleased with this absolute lunacy.

Is it not just ridiculous and silly when the Capello apologists come here they make it a Dp issue? Its not always to do with Dp for goodness sakes its to do witht he manager plain and simple. This is a Juve that is very desperate to win Cl, who have th eplayers to win Cl and are struggling against Werder Bremen in the second round of a competition they want to win. This is not against Bayern, Chelsea, Barcelona, Real madrid , milan , this is against Werder Bremen who do not have big stars, the biggest is probably a parma reject and i mean parma when they were not in their hey dey and Klose who is not exactly the best striker ib the world. Theri goal keeper who performed heroically is second choice but of cos we made him to be a world beater last night.
We were carved open and a better team might have scored more goals than us but somehow some ppl aer praising the coach with his antiquated ideas whci work fine in a league which is beset by refereeing decisions and teams that are not up to seriea normal standard.
Enuff already with his accomplishments , we all know them by heart, renumerating his accomplishments in Milan and Roma and Real Madrid and at juve is not good enuff
He has great personnel and most managers might do the the same withhis personnel and a lot more will play better football.

Everybody here supports Juve for a reason and its not your godamned business why they do so, just respect that they do so and coming here to say i support Juve and not a certain player is horseshit and none of our business and frankly i dont care so if we are unhappy that our team is playing crap against ateam with inferior players and has happened far too many times in the past its our godamend right to voice our annoyance

I respect your opinion on the matter and that of other people in the forum. After all,a person joins a forum to express their own opinions , not others'.. I cant and would not and would never deny a person the right to voice their annoyance - Hell, even I'm annoyed by Capello's decisions sometimes eg not letting DP start on Tuesday BUT going through the 70 + pages of this thread - you just get the feeling that some of the people in here would want JUVENTUS to lose just to prove their correct about Capello and hopefully have that lead to his sacking & 2 me that just makes them equivalent 2 a Romanista,Milanista,... etc i.e they r the enemy I love 2 hate

    My prediction:
    Milan - Barcelona
    Inter - Arsenal
    Villareal - Lyon
    Juve - Benfica

Instinct says its either Benfica or Arsenal for Juventus. Since I could choose only one of those teams, I decided to give Inter the more calculating opponent. :D

I for one would love to play Barcelona...I think our game is suited to playing them, and Thuram will stop Ronaldoinho...but hey I won't complain if we end up with Villarreal :D

The result against Werder, I'm afraid would've taught our coach almost nothing. How he could start with a player who wasnt even fully fit, as against one who was fitter and in better form? How, he could stick to the same formation, even after putting on two of Europe's finest creators? How could he even aim of winning the Champions League with his kind of mindset? That said, I'd have to say the night had all the makings of an Oscar winning performance for Juventus. No seriously.

Set on Piedmont Mountain, its about how this football coach, found love in a young football player. They've unexpectedly forged a lifelong connection, one whose complications and joys provide a testament to the endurance and power of their love. All of which, dangerously seems to be heading for a tragedy which the viewers of this sad tale may have to bear.

Its so hard coming back to the real world after that performance. I dont know how many of you'll are with me, but I strongly suggest Capello be given a one way ticket to go and join the cast and crew of Lost. If he wants to continue his love story Piedmont Mountain; he can take Zlatan with him.

As for Zlatan, I dont know when the kid will stop auditioning for Superman. His moves fail miserably, even against a team thats probably the worst defense in Europe.

How predictable are we? I mean we play a straight 4-4-2 with Zlatan and Trez up top. Then Mutu comes on for Camoranesi and Del Piero for Zlatan in or around the 60th minute. The only reason Werder sought us out, is because we are perhaps the only team more predictable than them. Too bad Wiese was picturing Capello and Zlatan doing the 69, when the ball must've popped out, or he'd be the one getting lucky instead of Capello.

We've played some really ugly football this European fortnight. Now all we need our Werder's jerseys to look the part.

If anyone thinks that Barcelona will play against our defenders liek they do against any other teams, they are very much mistaken. If anything we know how to do is to defend and contain such attacks.
