On thing Capello might consider seriously is controlling midfield by playin' Giannichedda, Emo, and Viera with Neddy and Mutu as wingers.... However the news suggest that Fabregas won't feature inspite of being included in the squad going to turin. .... believe me, its all about midfield, if we shut them off, we have the potential to score.... He kindda tried this at the end of Treviso's match. ..

But honestly, we r scrwed, even if Capello asks for help from otter space... after what've seen in Traviso, JUVE IS CRAP AT THE MOMENT.

I came back to check what the fans on this forum had to say about the upcoming Arsenal match(amongst other reasons). Dissapointing to see, hardly any post is actually about that respective match.
I think I'm beginning to see why you left Dom.

Cool it man.

Mods I think it'll be a good time for you to step in now.
A belated stepping in. When there's a flame war like that, could people please pm the mods. Check to see if any of us are online first (if there are, just pm those ones), but let us know.

I've deleted over forty posts. If any of the names involved crop up again (ReBeL, Phrozen, et al), they'll get lengthy bans.

The argument stopped over sixteen hours ago, everyones calm and cool and I dont see whats the point of bringing in the mods now. Anyway I apologize if I have caused any unrest amoungst the fellow Juventini. My reaction only came when I spotted some racism in the forum (note that I was the first person to quickly call upon a mod at that instance) and im a firm believer that racism and football doesnt go together not here, not anywhere.

Yeah the english are known for their comebacks lets hope the italians have it in their blood too. If we were to comeback and beat arsenal no matter what time we score and go through, this will undoubtly be the greatest comeback ever! (for us juventinos anyway).

I was thinking. You dont ever really see those great european comeback games anymore like the Deportivo/Milan.

Lets hope we get one of those nights wednesday.

yeah.. lets hope your playing your part in helping henry in flopping tomorrow. Whilst all we need now is someone to pour sleeping tablets in the arsenal halftime orange juice.

Viera seems to come with Emo when ever i mention one of them... blasi
i'd rather play abbiatti in midfield than blasi :p the way i see it.

buffon

zambro thuram cannavaro balza/chiellini

mutu emo nedved

DP

ibra trez

this would rock.. i think
but cap is likely to play with 4 midfield instead of DP, so i guess Giannicheda due to lack of a better choice.

Capello quashes last doubts Tuesday 4 April, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus boss Fabio Capello has selected his side which he hopes will be capable of overturning Arsenal’s 2-0 Champions League advantage.

The tactician did have a number of doubts to resolve regarding the absence of three suspended first-team regulars, but he seems to have already settled on the names of the 11 men who he hopes will keep their European Cup dreams alive.

Adrian Mutu will start on the right hand-side of midfielder in place of Mauro Camoranesi, the man who was disgracefully dismissed in the first leg.

Jonathan Zebina also saw red at Highbury which will mean that Gianluca Zambrotta switches to the right, with Giorgio Chiellini coming into the side on the left.

Emerson will be partnered in central midfield by Giuliano Giannichedda as Patrick Vieira is out after he was booked in the initial match against his former club.

Lilian Thuram was rested for the weekend’s 0-0 draw at Treviso yet will be recalled for the Delle Alpi clash on Wednesday.

Pavel Nedved takes his place on the left of midfield after he missed both the first leg and Saturday’s game because of suspension.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Trezeguet will start in attack, as Alessandro Del Piero will only begin on the bench if he passes a fitness test on Tuesday.

Juventus need to win by a 3-0 scoreline to reach the semi-finals, a 2-0 will result in a penalty shoot-out, while an Arsenal goal will require the Old Lady to net at least four!

Juventus (probable): Buffon; Zambrotta, Thuram, Cannavaro, Chiellini; Mutu, Emerson, Giannichedda, Nedved; Trezeguet, Ibrahimovic

.........all i can say is......oh dear, standard 4-4-2 with mutu out of position, we're not gna get through with this....

You said it!.. may as well try it.. this is capellos line up after having a bizarre divine dream.

Emerson
Ibrah Cana Treze Nedved
Chillini Zambro Abbiatti Thuram
Zal Gianni

With a bizarre line up like this.. it should confuse arsenal enough for the first 10 minutes.

Juventus will be without Alessandro Del Piero for Wednesday's Champions League game with Arsenal, but midfielder Pavel Nedved returns from suspension.
Del Piero failed to shake off a thigh injury and joins banned trio Jonathan Zebina, Patrick Vieira and Mauro Camoranesi on the sidelines.

Arsenal are waiting on the fitness of Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Eboue after the pair picked up weekend injuries.

Midfielder Freddie Ljungberg remains a concern with a calf injury.

all i can say is............DAMN we're in trouble
