I've been saying it for a while that i think it might be the training sessions. Conte might be draining them dead. We had players complain or at least suggest that it's hard to adapt to it.

Obviously it's an assumption but i'd love to know how his sessions work.

Anyway, they don't have too many players to rotate. I remember seeing their best XI week in week out.

I haven't watched them play much, so I can't tell either. But I can't believe the same midfielders have been playing week in week out, cause our midfield basically did that and, especially Pogba, looked worn out the last half of the season.

In weight training, the harder schedules start giving results after 6+weeks because it takes at least that long before your body adapts to the insane stress and recovery needed. These schedules however, produce the best results.

Not saying this is what conte does, but intensity isnt neccecarely bad.

How can anyone answer that?

I've seen Juve play like that and it was when Conte first arrived here at Juve. We went balls deep and wanted to win badly on every match. Later on it just disappeared totally, especially against lesser teams. Motivation? I don't know. But what I've seen from Juve over the past 2 years is a lethargic play. We do win, but in majority of matches it's painful to watch how our players drag and play like they give a crap about the game.

Both Real and Atletico have just been playing better ans better as the season went. It's really impressive if Atletico wins the double.
