hes a young talented AM, was in the Croatia NT last EURO. it doesent matter for Juve if he plays or not, but it would be nice to see him play vs a top team, to see if there is anything to that hype

So there is truth to this.

In a way its a shame as I was convinced due to him being a lightweight and not good off the ball that it would have allowed us more freedom in midfield. I wonder who they will replace him with and how they will set up now.

Thank god Evra is starting. We really need he's experience in there. We cant have a 25 year old inexperienced player in there, with only 27 appearances in the CHL. The average age of our back five will go below 33, and we cant take that risk.

Not that i'm a fan of it, but I think It's more about having balanced WB's (one defensive minded, one offensive minded) D.Alves looks to be a starter no matter what, so he's gonna pair him with Evra.

IF this is the case, he should have included Licht in the CL squad since he is the only defensive minded RB we can pair with Alex Sandro...

They are about same level. Difference is we need guranteed strongest possible lineup in CL not Serie A, bizzare that Sandro cant get a start in our main goal of the season.
