How did Conte get two yellow cards?! I thought he hardly played in the CL for us

 Davids accounts for a third of our card count

The CL is back :excited: I am a proponent of this trophy this year & would willingly sacrifice everything else. I would love to see some passion in this game.
Line up anyone?

well, we only miss one player "birindelli" who is injured, I don't know if he will be ready for this match.. other than that..no suspention i think..

probable lineup:

----------------------------Buffon
Thuram---Ferrara/Iuliano--Montero/Legro----Zambrotta

-------------------------Tacchi
Camo/Miccoli---------------------------Maresca/Appiah
---------------------------Nedved
--------------Trez--------------------DP

Thanks Muhammad & it's good to see you too.
Frame of mind is really important & IMHO will be a main factor. Personally I would love to see:

------------------------Buffon------------------------

Thuram------Legro------ Ferrara------ Zambrotta

------------------------Appiah-------------------------

Camo----------------Nedved---------------- Maresca

------------Trez-------------------- DP------------------

And with Nedved missing out on the Ancona game he better run his a$$ off :D

I don't think he will.
BTW between Tacchi & Appiah who'd you rather take the defensive mid position?

They are showing the freakin Stuttgart - Chelsea game here live in the US but luckily i have the UEFA Action pack so i can watch the Juve game (and all others ) delayed.

The main players to watch out for would be - Victor, Valeron, Tristan, Pandiani and Luque.

Depor where held to a goalless draw over the weekend vs Athletico Madrid. They are 5 points behind leaders Real Madrid. (pretty much the same situation we are)

Depor's defense hasn't been the greatest but neither has ours.

The positive sign for Juve is that the team didn't let in any goals in the last 2 games so thats something to build on.

Last season this clash ended in a 2-2 draw where Birindelli scored that absolute stunner and Nedved scored a great goal as well. Juve were 2-0 down but came back to level things and were unlucky not to have won the game.

I'm hoping to see another determined perfomance from Juve. We can't sit back and absorb pressure like we have done over the years simply because the defense isn't capable of holding quality strikers out for too long.

I remember the Juve of the 90s where an away game meant one thing - Sit back and not let in goals for the whole 90 minutes and try and score on the counter. The games generally ended in a 0-0, 1-1 draw or a 0-1 victory for Juve.

This time around its a whole new attack-minded Juve.

No predictions but im positive that we'll get something out of this trip to the Riazor.
