It seems that every year an underdog team (BVB, Atletico, Juventus, Atletico) reaches the final just to lose it against a superpower team (Bayern, Real, Barcelona, Real). It's like they let someone reach for the dream just to crush it in the end.

Underdogs are still win it from time to time - Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester 99, Borussia 97, Ajax 95, Milan 94

Chelsea won it at the Allianz Arena against Bayern with Di Matteo as their manager. Your theory doesn't get challenged more than that :D

This is just weird. Real have never looked this good this season and Atletico seem weaker than ever.

Fuck this, I thought this would have been a great match. One way traffic.

Rooting for Atletico while they play this crap makes it unbearable to watch.
