How was it a great pass? A monkey could've made the pass. A good technique was needed to handle that pass.

It's not really an exceptional pass, but it's not bad either. It was given at the right time with the right speed. Truth is Suarez moved well and Neymar was very responsive too. If anything it was the combined talent of all three of them that made that goal. If I had to pick out the player who contributed most, I'd go for Suarez I think.

Why's that, I actually didnt' mind Jupp Heynckes; I really felt he was a coach that best espoused the Bayern philosophy and got the absolute maximum from the squad he had. Guardiola is good, very good in fact (as much as I hate to admit it) but he just doesn't seem the right fit to be honest.
