Xavi for example, despite the image he tries to portray as an innocent guy, is just as bad as the rest, you'd always notice him running over to the ref, trying to pressure him to make a decision, or raising imaginary cards and that sort of behavior.

Add to that his interviews, he's so incredibly annoying and arrogant in them.

Monaco's defensive organisation and concentration is great this season.
