The wave of 'italian football is $#@!' is a huge annoyance. Besides, nothing wrong in wanting a rival to do well in europe for the good of the attraction power of the league. And people here always ready to whine that we cant attract the players we want. Who would want to come to a sufferer league.

I'm in a similar position but only because NBC shows all the EPL games on basic cable nowadays. Plus, I feel like other Serie A games really aren't worth watching. CL should be fun tho, love seeing Juve against worthy opponents

Personally I find Serie A and EPL to have some interesting teams to watch even if they arent performing at a high level anymore.

In Serie A there is always a few teams with old players that I like such as Di natali, Toni, Klose, Cassano or our youngsters and loan outs like Giovinco, Berrardi, Gabbiadini etc. Also despite poor form, i like to sometimes watch Milan, Inter, Lazio and parma etc..

In the EPL i dont mind tottenham, everton and the big 4's matches and occasionally Aston Villa.

I hate the bundesliga though... outside the top two, I have no interest in Schalke, wolfsburg or the likes.
Its not rational but I am a fan of the EPL and Serie A and the La liga classicos + Atletico since last year. I cant stand the bundesliga teams or players.
