I just love this

Allright, there are no "easy" teams in the last 16.

tho celtic had some massive luck to get there.

Celtic and galasataray would be the two least hard opponents. But preferably celtic as galasataray tends to be good at creating an extremely hostile enviroment in home games, and proceeds to stab some opposing fans to death.

So allright, we got the most favorably pick.

Now we see these celtic fans going all like "ermagod we are better you will lose"

god i love that. yes bitches, do what so many did before, underrate the living shit out of us. i sincerely hope your team does the same

come, play a freeflowing open game with us, lets have a blast :D :D

true, some of the "fans" on this forum have been disrespectful and arrogant much more respect for both teams on http://www.vecchiasignora.com/ forum probably because its the supporters from Italy I value there opinion much more than some on here.
I'm pretty sure we know more about international football and about your team since we speak English and follow a lot of International football than the guys over at vecchiasignora.

Celtic are the weakest technical team left in the tournament, there is no doubt. They've not really used that as a weapon for many years anyway, the danger comes from physicality and tempo.

I think they'll be surprised at what we can bring in that department.

This is UEFA, they will do anything to maximize the amount of revenue they receive. can't put too many games on at once, won't sell as much TV rights. The competition really is a joke and all about the $$. there's no way a 3rd or 4th placed team from any country deserves to play in the "champions League". I'd be happy if it was just the actual league winners that were granted entry.
Totally. Should be champions only or 2 teams max from the top countries. And 16 teams in the CL.

Hi Zacheriah. I like that you post on the forum.

What I don't like is the big space between your sentences.

It's annoying to read.

Almost as annoying as when you

did it in the middle of a sentence.

You see? :D

Celtic will not be easy at all, don't be deluded. In fact I think they're the perfect team to cause an upset.

Think about it, Celtic get their win in the first leg home, then park the bus like no tomorrow in turin. Remember Juve don't exactly have a clinical striker, so taking advantage of openings will be even harder.

Don't think that playing against a celtic team with all 11 players behind the ball as easy, Barcelona struggled to get their goals and they have the best attack.

My bold predictions...

Galatasaray vs Schalke 04

Celtic vs Juventus

Arsenal vs Bayern Munich

Shakhtar Donetsk vs Borussia Dortmund

AC Milan vs Barcelona

Real Madrid vs Manchester United

Valencia vs Paris Saint Germain

FC Porto vs Malaga

Hmm, but Celtic will first need to score early or beat us in Glasgow so they could play their 11 behind the ball tactics.

I guess many members were gonna be scared of something no matter which team we got. And it's normal since this is the last 16. But lets be honest, we got the weakest team of the bunch. Hell, I even hope they play "all behind the ball". We have a good number of players able to win free kicks against those guys, and we have players who can score from those free kicks. I would never use the Barca match as something to compare things. Come on, that was a group match in which Barca came with a 3-0-0 record and practically a secured 1st place. In similar situations teams like Kobenhavn and Rubin were winning points in the group stage vs Barca. Miracles can happen when one team gives 101% and the other 11%. But Celtic won't stand a chance against a fully concentrated and motivated Juventus. We are physically just as strong, we run just as much or more, but technically we are light years ahead of them. This draw gives us a calm winter.

I don't really care which forum you prefer, but there are a lot of delicate egos that people need to protect at every opportunity. Let it happen.

The best attack, isnt neccecarely the most complete attack

what did they do in 2010 against inter when they couldnt break em down ? move busquets to central forward cause messi wasent getting any feed, and zlatan was marked out of the game

A team that defends deep, controlls space, marks well, disrupts build up well, will allways do better against barcelona.

However, against a significantly lesser team, thats good with early and byline crosses, they will suffer a great deal, because this is exactly what they want.

We face celtic style tactics every single week in serie a. I totally expect our central midfielders to have a blast.

the fact we play at glasgow first, is a massive advantage. they NEED to win it.
play giovinco in the away game, have marchisio, vucinic and vidal rape on buildup, and gio on counters
