Is Gary Neville watching the same game? He says Chelsea was lulled into a false sense of security by playing so well. They got a goal off a 1 in a million fluke mis-hit, and have looked quite poor otherwise.

Napoli's center backs are quite bad. It's a shame Chelsea don't have any midfielders in the game.
Yup, frigging Ivanovic looked like messi there. Too bad we really don't have any options either, I'd bring Essien for Raul and Lampard for Malouda (dunno why he's playing in midfield, he's really not any good.)

That's probably the worst defensive display I've seen from Napoli in this competition. Completely open and each defender's lack of pace and agility is being exposed, Chelsea actually set up quite well to expose this if they had better players.

Cannavaro by far the worst of the lot, that away goal could be huge.

AVB is fucking lost and scared to death. It's a shame Abromovitch is such a shit owner.

:agree: ... on a diff day this game could well be 3/4-0

if AVB doesn't adjust his tactics it's probably far from over

    It's not Villas Boas, it's Chelsea's team that's horrible.

As for Napoli, that's some good work. If it remains 2-1 it's a good result for Chelsea, however if Napoli scores one more then it's trouble.

Oh and Chelsea's midfield is pathetic.

Chelsea could have a few more chances if they'd play the ball on the ground instead of constantly flicking it about the Napoli area. I think both teams are fortunate and the scoreline so far is pretty fair.
