The exact same thing was being said about Inter doing well in the CL and each time they came back from a result there they did even better in the league. It's called momentum and once team find it, it is hard to stop it. Napoli and Udinese last season had it and I think Milan are enjoying it at the moment, starting from their epic win against Udinese.
