what could they won more than 2 uefa cups? it's the ancient spanish philosophy : "let's buy forward..if we won't win, let's sell them for 1/4 of the price we bought then and let's get others" and so on and so on. They couldn't have won more. Look at barca or real mascherano and pepe are their best cb's right now (the best cb that was transfered in this summer window was adil rami at valencia imo)..that really tells you how they think their squad.

Same thing with Man U, did fuck all between 68 and 91 basically, but doesnt mean they arent a top club with history, and not just a new top team from the 90s onwards mainly, just because thats been their main dominating period. Same thing with Inter post calciopoli or Barca post 2006, basic common sense. I mean, FFS, Valencia and Roma has nothing to do with this, atleast Porto part I get, because they had their heyday/dominating period in CL and so on (even if its bizzare to say its flattering to Inter to compare them).

@ Alen. @JCK: I don't have a soft spot for Barca; I just dislike Real Madrid, and like Barca's style of play. I would rather Valencia or Ateltico won the league, but that is unlikely to happen.
@ Alen: You are correct. My dad has been a Milan fan since the days of the Dutch Triumvirate. I actively began following Juventus in the early 90's, so about 17 years now.
