The players in the 2nd half were obviously instructed to shoot low, because Neuer's positioning was always gonna give them more chances to score that way. He's got great reflexes but he positions himself and acts like a handball keeper (Fiorentina's Boruc is the same, but much slower) thus he makes it harder for himself to react to low balls.
